Home of great Huntsville Alabama Aerial Photography
It is with great sadness that I report the loss of a local, well known pilot and friend of the aviation community.  On Friday, December 7th, Emily Dover Clark was involved in an aircraft accident that took her young life.  At the age of 28, Emily was a very accomplished and professional flight instructor.  She flew many aircraft from a small Champ up to the Russian AN-2.

Emily loved to fly and taught many to do so.  Her love of aviation has brought many people into the world of flight and her memories will live on with us forever.  The entire Moontown and North Alabama aviation community wish to express our deepest sympathies to her parents, familiy and to her husband Drake.

Local friends and pilots are seeking, in the near furture, to donate and raise funding for an aviation scholarship that would be awared to a local student to assist with flight trianing, all done in Emily's name and to further per passion of flight.  Please check back for more information to help make this possible.

Emily's visitation/funeral service will be held at Mayfair Church in Huntsville on Wednesday, December 12, 2007.  Visitation will start at 12 noon and the memorial service will start at 2pm. Arrangements are being handled by Laughlin Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Mayfair's Belize Missions or Dianna Singing.
